Alexander Choi, advised by Professorr Austin Minnich is a winner of this year's Centennial Prize for Best Thesis in MCE, for his doctoral thesis "Investigation of Electronic Fluctuations in Semiconductor Materials and Devices through First-Principles Simulations and Experiments in Transistor Amplifiers.”
